As a DJ and music producer, SIR MORBIT has been Djing clubs, music festivals and underground parties for 10 years. He was also a resident guest on “The Perimeter” on Kiss 105.3, a weekly FM radio show broadcasting EDM to north Florida. In 2003, he was also a guest dj on “Vinyl Destination” 100.5 fm The Buzz.
Sir Morbit has also preformed at several top notch clubs in north Florida over the years including: Plasma Lounge, Faces, Simons, Vibe, and Speakeasy.He dj’s drum & bass, dubstep, drumstep, hiphop, and dabbles with turntabilism. He has preformed alongside AK1200, TeeBee, Dieselboy, South Rakkas, Dioptrics, Jungle Mechaniks, A-Sides, Dave Berg, Tony Faline and countless others. Sir also owns a production/recording label called MORBIT RECORDS. He has also been involved in small projects with local Gainesville bands and another local recording studio named SKYLAB.

I like to use Ableton 8, with of coarse some awesome external plug-ins, but ableton is definately whats up!!

yo, what are you using to make your tunes? I have been dieing to find someone to collab with. I use FL Studio, but am pretty familiar with most other DAWs as well as reason and even some trackers like renoise…
I have got the technique down like a mofo with FL studio, my problem has been lately coming up with ideas of what to make.
We should collab on something one day, see if it goes anywhere.
I’m for sure more into the whole dubstepped sound at the time more than anything else.
